I have used Greg and All Support Air in the past for a Samsung warranty repair. When my unit showed errors and was not cooling he promptly came out and informed me of what was wrong. An expensive repair as the compressor was seized, he was straight up what the issue was and how best to fix it. His communication was excellent and went out of his way to assist. Twelve days before Christmas we experienced a lightening strike near our home. One of the items it damaged was our ducted air conditioning system.
